The Development
This unique development is the only one on Sal that offers a complex of new-build houses. Situated in the town of Palmeira, this is a less touristy than Santa Maria, but still within easy reach of all the interesting places to visit on Sal. The development overlooks the fishing harbour of the historical town of Palmeira. The international airport and the main economic centre of Espargos, the island’s capital city, are only a 10-minute drive away. The Oasis at Fontona is within walking distance and Palmeira itself has potential as a boating haven with yachts moored off its beach.
